🦕延長料金に関するご留意事項

• 加算対象となる場合：RGAのみ利用の 14:30以降、C-Labのみ利用の 18:00以降
• +Education（習い事）のレッスンそのものが 18時を過ぎる場合は加算の対象とはなりません。
• 公平性と配置基準を満たすため、延長料金は1分でも時間を超過したら加算対象となります。
• 30分間毎に500円となっており、30分単位で課金しています。（例：～30分500円、～60分1,000円など）
• 送迎遅延のご事情によっては免除することがございます。お電話等で都度ご相談ください。柔軟に対応いたします。

共働き等で保育を必要とする合理的理由のあるご家庭については、自治体の発行する「新2号認定」をご提出いただくことにより、支払った保育料のうち最大37,000円が償還されます。

For families who have reasonable grounds for needing childcare (example: double income), up to JPY 37,000 of the paid childcare fees can be reimbursed by submitting a '新2号認定' issued by the local authority.

• 学費等ご利用料金は、口座自動振替で徴収します。
• 口座の登録手続きが完了するまでは、一時的にお振込みでの対応をお願いいたします。
• 学費は月末の最終平日に引落しとなります（翌月分前払い）
• 期日までにお振込みまたは振替できなかった場合、翌月のご利用はいただけません。
• 学費は年額を月割りにしておりますので、休日数に関わらず日割り計算はいたしません。
• 入学金につきましては、一般の教育機関と同様、いかなる場合も返金いたしません。

Having a large number of children at the academy, we have taken into consideration the risk of having large amounts of cash on the premises. As a result, we collect fees by automatic debit in principle. Until the registration is completed, please use bank transfer on the las day of each month. Please note that you will have to pay the transfer fee. Please note that tuition fees are calculated on a yearly basis and not on a daily basis regardless of the number of holidays. Therefore, please be aware of this in advance. Additionally, regarding the entrance fee, we do not provide any refunds under any circumstances, just like other educational institutions. We kindly ask for your understanding and agreement on this matter.
